The last 4 digits shown for a card in Apple Pay may not match the last 4 digits of your physical credit or debit card. Apple Pay uses a unique Device Account Number (a virtual card number) for each card added to your device.
Open Apple Wallet
Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.
Select Your Card
Tap the credit or debit card for which you need the last 4 digits.
Open the Card Details
Tap the three dots (•••) in the upper-right corner.
On some devices, you may see a card number icon instead.

If prompted, verify your identity using:
Face ID

Your device passcode

Look for Card Number, Device Account Number, or Additional Card Numbers.
The screen should display the last 4 digits associated with your Apple Pay card.
Use These Digits When Requested
If a merchant, bank, or support representative specifically asks for the last 4 digits of your Apple Pay card, provide the digits associated with the Device Account Number, rather than automatically using the last 4 digits printed on your physical card.
You may also be able to view the information through your device’s settings.
Open Settings
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Open Wallet Settings
Scroll down and select Wallet & Apple Pay.
Select Your Card

The Apple Pay Device Account Number is different from your physical card number.
Each card added to Apple Pay can have its own unique Device Account Number.
If you have multiple cards in Apple Wallet, make sure you select the correct card before recording the last 4 digits.
Apple may use slightly different menu names depending on your iPhone/iPad model and iOS/iPadOS version.
Never share your full card number, security code (CVV), passcode, or authentication information unless you are certain it is required and you are communicating with a trusted party.
When you make a purchase using Google Pay/Google Wallet, the transaction may use a virtual card number instead of your physical credit or debit card number.
The last 4 digits of the virtual card number may be different from the last 4 digits printed on your physical card.

Open the Google Wallet app on your Android phone.
Select Your Payment Card
Find the card you used for the purchase.

The virtual account number will show the relevant last 4 digits.
These are the digits associated with the virtual card used through Google Wallet.
You may also be able to identify the virtual card’s last 4 digits by reviewing your transaction information.
Sign In to Google Wallet
Access your Google Wallet account online and sign in with the Google Account associated with your purchases.
Open Your Transactions
Go to your transaction history.
Select Transactions if that option is available.
Select the Purchase

The four digits shown after this wording are the last 4 digits of the virtual card used for that transaction.
Compare With Your Purchase Information
Make sure the transaction, date, merchant, and card shown correspond to the purchase you are trying to identify.
Virtual card digits may be different from your physical card’s last 4 digits.
Make sure you select the same card that was used for the transaction.
If you have multiple cards in Google Wallet, check each card carefully.
The available options and wording may vary depending on your Android device, Google Wallet version, card issuer, and transaction.
If the virtual card number is not displayed, check your transaction details or purchase receipt for the “Virtual card ending in” information.
Never share your full card number, CVV/security code, PIN, password, or other sensitive authentication information with someone you do not trust.
